High Tea FAQ

Large Parties: For groups of more than 4 people we recommend that you call or email prior to purchasing tickets to ensure that we have a large enough table available. This will ensure that your group is able to sit together comfortably and that you have the optimal experience. Please ensure that larger groups purchase all tickets together, or under the same name to ensure that your party will be seated together.

Children: Kids are welcome to attend High Tea, but please keep in mind that it is a formal event with a set menu, and we do not offer discounted tickets, or special meals. A regularly priced ticket must be purchased for every guest in your party.

Dietary Restrictions: When you purchase your tickets you will be asked whether anyone in your party has allergies or dietary restrictions. If applicable, please list dietary restrictions for each guest in as much detail as possible. Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate vegan, diabetic or lactose intolerant guests for High Tea at this time. 

LATE BOOKINGS (72 HOURS OR LESS) WITH DIETARY REQUIREMENTS CAN UNFORTUNATELY NOT BE ACCOMMODATED.

Cancellation Policy: Changes to your booking can be made up to 72 hours in advance by phone or email. We do not offer refunds for late cancellations or no show bookings, as ingredients are purchased in advance, and each tiered tray is made-to-order with your dietary restrictions in mind.
